Guess This Star
Can ya guess who this is, and what they star on today?
The first and last word hint made me think of Bill O'Reilly also but the picture looks like a school photo and too recent for it to be O'Reilly. Those rugby shirts were popular in the 80's. I can't even tell if it is a boy or a girl. I think it's a boy but I'm not sure.
