The mayor was given the authority to appoint the members of the Board of Supervisors of Elections to handle the duties for the April 6 municipal election. John Haynie was appointed to replace Carolyn Hoffman. Members reappointed include Diane Downing, Rich Choquette, Barbara Browning and Christina Tasker.
It's going to be interesting to see what tale Billy weaves out of these appointments by the mayor.
