What do these census workers even do? I got my census in the mail and I fill it out and mail it back. No need for anyone to come knocking on my door, which I don't intend to answer anyway.

  2. they come to your home to get the GPS coordinates to every front door in America.

the census will not get any info from me, I may, possibly, send in the number in my household and that's it.

All the other info they ask for is already on file. IE: income, they get that every year from every tax paying citizen.

I will also use the "other" option as too what "race"

  4. Here's the procedure.........
You get a letter from the Census Bureau telling you about the census. Then you get your census form a few weeks later.

THEN you will receive a postcard!! Yep, you will get a postcard from the census bureau telling you....."you should have received a request to participate in the 2010 Census........".
Mine postcard is dated March 22.

I have lived in America all of my life and I KNOW I need to fill out a census report every 10 years. I don't need to be reminded.

I just completed mine tonight. It was easy and really the only personal question was my age and birthdate. You are asked basically how many people live in the home, their ages and b-date and their race.
