 ARE POSSIBLE ACROSS THE WATCH AREA.

 * WINDS: NORTH WINDS WILL AVERAGE 10 TO 20 MPH...WITH GUSTS TO
 AROUND 30 MPH EXPECTED TUESDAY AFTERNOON AND EVENING.
