It's obviously voter error. Just because someone signs up to vote doesn't mean they do it properly in the voting booth. Remember FL and the "hanging chads" fiasco? Just because we've not heard of this happening around here, it does happen more often than people think and the conclusion reached is voter error. Before pulling back the curtain make it a point to double and triple check what lever you've pulled and make sure the space is marked for the person you voted for.
In 1975 Pocomoke City sought repeal of "Blue Laws". In 2016 Pocomoke seeks repeal of Election Laws.
