UNSEASONABLY WARM AIR...COMBINED WITH GUSTY WESTERLY WINDS...LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITIES...AND DRY FUELS...WILL PRODUCE AN INCREASED FIRE WEATHER THREAT ON MONDAY. SOUTHWEST WINDS 10 TO 20 MPH EARLY WILL BECOME WEST AND INCREASE TO 20 TO 30 MPH WITH OCCASIONAL GUSTS NEAR 40 MPH DURING BY MID TO LATE MORNING...THEN CONTINUE THROUGH THE AFTERNOON.
CAUTION SHOULD BE EXERCISED WHEN BURNING ON MONDAY...AS THESE CONDITIONS ARE CONDUCIVE FOR FIRE TO SPREAD RAPIDLY. IF BURNING HAS TO BE CONDUCTED...USE EXTREME CAUTION AND HAVE THE NECESSARY TOOLS AVAILABLE TO QUICKLY CONTROL THE FIRE.
