The 56th Annual Chincoteague Seafood Festival is scheduled for Saturday, May 2, 2026. It will take place from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM at Tom’s Cove Park. [1, 2, 3]
Tickets are currently on sale but are limited and frequently sell out before the event day. They are priced at $65 per person, while children under age 5 are free
- Availability: Tickets are in high demand and often sell out early. As of mid-April, reports indicated fewer than 500 tickets remained.
- Where to Purchase: You can buy tickets online through the Chincoteague Chamber of Commerce or via the Chincoteague Seafood Festival Eventbrite page.

- Optional Upgrades: Early Access Passes are available for an additional $200 per pair, allowing entry at 9:00 AM for setup.
- Festival Timeline: Gates open at 10:00 AM, appetizer service begins at 11:00 AM, and the main seafood tents open at noon.
The festival features all-you-can-eat fresh local seafood, including clams, oysters, steamed shrimp, and fried fish, alongside live music from Island Boy.
