State $ for Pocomoke Police vehicle upgrades

 (Pocomoke Police Department Facebook)

The Pocomoke City Police Department has received State funding to equip two police vehicles with new License Plate Readers.

This will assist officers with enforcing traffic laws and improving traffic safety with new and modern technology. The cost to equip these two vehicles was over $30,000 and came to no cost of the city or the citizens of Pocomoke. For the first time ever our department currently has 3 patrol vehicles equipped with License Plate Readers.
