POCOMOKE CITY, Md. – The Delmarva Discovery Museum has launched a GoFundMe fundraiser as they prepare for their busiest season of the year.

Christy Gordon, the Executive Director said that they need the extra financial backing because of the otters they house.

Many years ago, when the Discovery Center was just an idea in Barbara Tull's mind, she came before the City Council and asked for $25,000 to fix the roof on the old Duncan Brothers building. Councilman Joe Jackson exclaimed, "The whole BUILDING isn't worth $25,000.
