Among the directors of the Crisfield baseball team were Millard Tawes, former governor, and Egbert Quinn, unheard of by most. Egbert L. "Bert" Quinn was Chairman of the Maryland Boad of Motion Picture Censors. Until 1981 every movie shown in Maryland had to be reviewed and approved by this board. The last movie viewed was "The Great Muppet Caper". It was approved.

One of the last members of the board was Mary Avila who was famous for saying, "One of the movies we reviewed featured a naked woman playing with eels and then she cooked them up and ate them. I had to give up eating a lot of foods because of the movies I had to watch.

There you have it, folks!
