We are excited to break ground on 37 new waterfront townhouses in downtown Pocomoke! These will be a combination of rental units and units for sale. We have 3 waterfront units currently available for lease, 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathrooms featuring 1,950 square feet of space with a private garage, waterfront decks, granite counter tops, and fiber internet.
In partnership with the city of Pocomoke, habitat for humanity, and DHCD the new for sale units will utilize the project uplift grant giving each buyer a $50,000 discount from the appraised value, which covers their down payment and give immediate equity!
