Whoa! Think about it. Downtowns in small town America have been dying for years but some are finding a way to survive, often with out-of-the-box thinking. They come back not as the traditional Main Street of yesterday but they're relevant and finding success. It doesn't necessarily have to be up to the municipality to take on the task but let's be open to ideas and maybe incentives to aid in a rescue.
