Should A Health Disability Be An Issue For Serving As Mayor?
If his brain was affected enough to prevent his speaking for almost two years how do we know it has not affected his mental capacity? I mean, Bruce was never the sharpest knife in the drawer to begin with.
I no longer live in Pocomoke (or on the Eastern Shore), but I cannot believe they actually thought this was a good idea to do. Watching that, he hardly even speaks. This is terrible. There is no way they should have done this interview at all. After seeing that anyone has every right to question whether he should or should have previously stepped aside due to health problems. To be honest I'm surprised people in town didn't try to force him out.
