In the early morning hours of June 6, 2013 a Worcester County Sheriff's Office Deputy observed a vehicle make a left turn against a red arrow from Route 50 onto Golf Course Road. The operator was found to be John Dee Cannon 34, of Ocean City Maryland.
Mr. Cannon appeared to be intoxicated. Mr. Cannon was arrested for DUI and refused a breath test.
Cannon was Charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and was arrested. Mr. Cannon was released pending trial.
