The population of Worcester County is 53,132 plus or minus. $15,160,000 means $285.33 spent for each resident and that doesn't include substantial local funds spent on this boondoggle so the total is closer to $500 per resident or $2,000 per family of four persons.
I realize this cost has to be amortized over several years but one must consider maintenance and depreciation. How much benefit does your family realize from this?
