MERIT AWARD, 401 Fifth Street, Pocomoke City, MD
Congratulations to Broadband Holdings, Davis Strategic, and Kirk and Bret Davis on the successful renovation and recent Merit Award by the Pocomoke Area Chamber of Commerce on what was the old Pocomoke City Fire Station.
Built in 1939, the property was purchased from Pocomoke City in 2022 and underwent an extensive renovation to include 9 apartments and two commercial spaces. As of this date, all 9 apartments have been leased and one of the two commercial spaces is occupied by Simple Fiber.
Our hats are off to Kirk and Bret Davis for this wonderful preservation of one of our town's most admired buildings and for their vision and steadfastness into making our town a better place to live for all.
