(WMDT 4/28)
5 p.m. UPDATE: Virginia State Police say one person was killed and a second was injured in Thursday’s crash.
Preliminary investigation has revealed that a 2007 Dodge Nitro, driven by 61-year-old Veronica Milboune, was traveling north on Route 13 when she failed to yield to the traffic signal at the intersection with Route 175, hitting a 2020 Chevrolet Impala.
