Sheriff Releases Brief Description of Bank Robber

Northampton County Sheriff David Doughty  has released a description of the suspect wanted in connection with a Tuesday morning bank robbery at 10233 Rogers Drive in Nassawadox, Virginia.    The Sheriff's Office responded to the SunTrust Bank after a 10:39 AM alarm sounded. 

Police are looking for a young  black male, approximately 5' 7" to 5' 8"  wearing a hood and baggy pants.  The robber fled the bank with an undisclosed amount of money.

Law enforcement units from the Exmore Police Department, Virginia State Police, Eastville Police Department, Cape Charles Police Department, the FBI and the Accomack County Sheriff's Office assisted in the investigation.
