Chief Speaks To Children Out During Hurricane Sandy

Creating A Healing Moment

Sometimes a simple, calm interaction between small children - even young boys- and a police officer (and the Police Chief at that) can form opinions in children about police officers that will last for a very long time. With the waters of the Pocomoke River overflowing into the parking lot at the Laurel Street dock and onto the sidewalk had to be somewhat frightening for the trio.

I'm sure Chief Sewell  turned this into a positive moment for these children.

Thank you so much Chief Sewell for caring about the youth of Pocomoke City and for turning this city around.
