A spokesman for the MDTA Police Department tells WBOC they are in possession of the vehicle in question and have identified the driver. The car was also involved in Saturday's crash, according to the Department.
"We are specifically looking for witnesses who observed the vehicle driving prior to the crash," Sgt. Brady McCormick of MDTA Police said.
