A 22-year-old Dames Quarter man has been indicted by a Northampton County Grand Jury in connection with a high-speed chase on the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel in December.
The felony count charged Colby William Horner of eluding police after being clocked by radar going 101 mph on the Bridge Tunnel. An officer said Horner continued going about 70 mph north while disregarding lights and sirens. The suspect eventually entered a construction area and crashed.
