UPDATED- TRICK OR TREATING
Due to weather concerns Trick or Treating in Pocomoke City has been postponed until Wednesday, November 1st from 5-8pm (note new time).
Trick-or-Treat on Chincoteague Island will be postponed until November 1, 2023, due to forecasted weather conditions.
Times will still be 4 PM until 8 PM and all previously planned road closures will be in effect at that time.

All Proceeds benefit the Samaritan Shelter of Pocomoke City, MD and those we serve.
Location: St. Mary the Virgin Episcopal Church, 18 Third Street, Pocomoke City, MD. Carry-Out Dinners Available
Your dinner includes ALL YOU CAN EAT spaghetti, featuring homemade sauce, bread, fresh garden salad, a selection from our HUGE dessert table featuring local homemade goodies!

Congratulations to Corporal Jon Laverty for being selected as the 2nd and 3rd quarter Officer of the Quarter.
Corporal Laverty continues to excel at this department in every possible way there is. Corporal Laverty exemplifies what a leader is, and has continued to show his dedication to this department and the community. Corporal Laverty led every statistical category over the past two quarters.
Corporal Laverty is currently in training and will become the first ever certified Drug Recognition Expert in the history of the Pocomoke City Police Department.
We are extremely proud of his accomplishments, and we look forward to him serving our department and our community for many years to come. Congratulations, well deserved!
