Support our Samaritan Shelter of Pocomoke City.

Our 10th Annual Tom Wall Shrove Tuesday Pancake Dinner is February 21st from 5 to 7pm at Salem United Methodist Church in Pocomoke City.

Eat in or take out available. Your meal includes Pancakes (Chocolate Chip, Blueberry or Plain), Lion's Club Sausage, Scrambled Eggs, and your Beverage.

Tickets are $10, kids aged 3 to 6 are $5 and children under age 3 are free. You can buy tickets at the Shelter, from any board member, at the Enchanted Florist, First Shore Federal Bank, or Market Street Deli. 

Proceeds benefit the Samaritan Shelter of Pocomoke City.

Why do they call it Shrove Tuesday when it's really Mardi Gras? Why eat pancakes when you can eat King cake, oysters and bacon and drink rum?

For reasons unknown this station never went on the air although, according to Choppy Layton, evidence of the start of construction existed on property on Stockton Road.  WDVM radio at 540 on the AM dial, and located on Dunn Swamp Road southwest of Pocomoke, went on the air in 1955.
