Will you brine your Thanksgiving turkey?
An internet friend has become quite famous with his forum buddy's with his brine recipe.
I have used it and it is absolutely wonderful.

Thank you for posting this. I've always wanted to try this but always forget. I'm going to try it this year.
you're welcome.. trust me if you follow that brine recipe you wont ever want to do a big bird meal without it again.
works for hams too, I did a ham in it and added some honey (just poured some in) and it was sooo good.
