Still alot of work left to do on the waterfront restaurant. Walls are in place and the opened windows really gives a clear picture of the wonderful scenery.
Most of the work was being done on the outside while I was there. The guys working on this day have really been working hard to get this restaurant in shape and operatable by May. Up and down ladders all day... I bet they sleep well at night.
This new restaurant will seat 120 people and will have a deck outside that will seat approximately 40. No charge for the spectacular views. The restaurant is also within walking distance of Cypress Park, downtown stores, Sturgis One Room School Museum and just steps away from the Delmarva Discovery Center.
Did I mention the spectacular view of the Pocomoke River?

dlo, thank you for your comment. I'm looking forward to any kind of view from there...in any kind of weather. I just can't wait.
If you have jet skis or a boat hope you will take advantage of visiting the restaurant while riding the Pocomoke River this summer.
Somebody's got to know something about a tenant! Who are the finalists?
As soon as that information becomes available to me I will post it. Personally, I can wait until the restaurant is ready for the new tenant. And that shouldn't be too much longer.
