College Station Man Awaiting Trial For Maryland Murder

A 19-year-old College Station man accused of first degree murder for a Maryland cold case will be in court on December 9th for a motions hearing.

Justin Hadel is charged with the murder of 26-year-old Christine Marie Sheddy who had been reported missing in 2007. Maryland authorities say, at the time of Sheddy's death, Hadel was 17-years-old.

Authorities say Sheddy's skeletal remains were discovered in March near an Inn where she had been a guest, along with Hadel.

Maryland prosecutors say Sheddy died of blunt force trauma and tips from witnesses led them to the shallow grave where she had been buried.

Since his arrest, Hadel has been extradited to Maryland and has been in jail, without bond. Hadel's trial is scheduled to start on February 8, 2011.

Now you tell me how these people who haven't 2 nickles to rub together were staying as "guests" at the Inn?
Knowing that group they probaby broke into the place. Some in Snow Hill have been saying this all along.

Yeah, what he said. And I thought the inn was closed at the time of the murder, anyway.

The inn is getting ready to be sold to new owners in December. The place has been for sale for years!

how did they figure out that it was Justin Hadel that murdered Christine Sheddy?

When all of this started and throughout the search for Christine everyone was saying that J.R. was the murderer, even that dingbat blink said that she new it was J.R. but she couldn't make it public on how she new, she even said she had "inside knowledge and proof"

Blink doesn't know squat. She sits at her computer all day reading news releases and other peoples blogs and tries to stir up crap. She knows nothing more than what she reads plus what her imagination invents. That being said, many others, including myself, still feel J.R. had major involvement in this sordid affair.

What is a "motions hearing"?
And as for blink, she doen't know who is responsible. If she did the whole thing would be over by now.

Things are said to happen in 3's. First the big bad "lead" detective McDermott does "net" his delegate seat.
Then Mr Todd loses his re-election bid.
The third thing that's going to happen is Hadel will be found not guilty, if it even goes that far. This will happen as a direct result of Blink on Crime and that debacle, no doubt.

Justin's mom Sue's in Snow Hill. She got arrested for something while here. I'm not sure why. She's a druggie. Maybe something to do with that.

She's living with Tia Johnsons brother, in Snow Hill but not in the city but out by the golf course.
