Missing Boy Hidden in Grandma's Wall

ST. LOUIS (Sept. 5) - A boy allegedly abducted in a custody dispute nearly two years ago has turned up alive, hiding with his mother in a small, specially built secret room at his grandmother's Illinois home,
investigators said.

Richard "Ricky" Chekevdia, who turns 7 on Sept. 14, was in good spirits and physically fit after being found Friday by investigators with a court order to search the two-story rural home in southern Illinois' Franklin County, about 120 miles southeast of St. Louis.

The boy's mother, 30-year-old Shannon Wilfong, is charged with felony child abduction. The grandmother, 51-year-old Diane Dobbs, is charged with aiding and abetting. Wilfong remained jailed Saturday on $42,500 bond in Benton, Ill., where Dobbs was being held on $1,000 bond. The women did not have attorneys listed Saturday in online court records.

The boy was staying Saturday with one of his father's relatives while state child-welfare workers investigated claims the father abused the child before his disappearance — allegations rejected by the dad, who's thrilled the agonizing search has ended.

"Two years? You have no idea," Mike Chekevdia, a 48-year-old former police officer who's a lieutenant colonel in the Illinois National Guard, told The Associated Press by telephone Saturday from his house in Royalton, Ill., some three miles from the home where his son turned up. "I've lost sleep. I've lost weight. I've gained weight. I wouldn't wish this on anybody."

After hearing his son had been found, Chekevdia said, "you could have knocked me over with a feather."

Chekevdia won temporary custody of his son shortly before the boy and his mother — Chekevdia's former girlfriend — disappeared in November 2007. Chekevdia said he long suspected his son was being stowed by Dobbs, although there were no signs of the boy at her home when it was searched with her consent after his disappearance. Wilfong was charged in December 2007 with abducting the boy but couldn't be found.

For much of the time since, Chekevdia said, the windows of Dobbs' home were blocked off by drawn shades or other items, presumably to prevent anyone from peeking inside.
"I had a firm belief he was in there, and yesterday it was confirmed," Chekevdia said.

Investigators, during a news conference Friday, did not detail what led sheriff's deputies and federal marshals with a search warrant to Dobbs' house Friday, when they found the boy and his mother in a hideaway roughly 5 feet by 12 feet and about the height of a washing machine.

"We let him out of the (patrol) car and he ran around like he'd never seen outdoors. It was actually very sad," Illinois State Police Master Sgt. Stan Diggs said. "He was very happy to be outside. He said he never goes outside."

"Surprisingly," Diggs added, "Ricky is in very good spirits. For someone who's been isolated in that house with no other outside beings, he's a very social, very polite, very talkative little boy."

Dobbs, the grandmother, told the Southern Illinoisan newspaper of Carbondale, Ill., last year that her daughter had been forced into hiding to keep the child from his father. Dobbs called the custody dispute a "nightmare for all of us."

Chekevdia, eager to get his son back in school and to a dentist, said waiting for Ricky to resurface required patience.

"It's hard to sit back and watch things happen when you're used to making things happen," said Chekevdia, a gung-ho military officer who served in Iraq earlier this decade. "But I just bided my time and let the system work."

A Little Humor for Your Day

Things Not To Say to Police Officers:

1. Are you Andy or Barney?

2. Do you know why you pulled me over? Okay, just so one of us does.

3. I thought you had to be in good physical condition to be a police officer.

4. Sorry, Officer, I didn't realize my radar detector wasn't plugged in.

5. I pay your salary!

6. Aren't you the guy from the Village People?

7. Hey, you must've been doing' about 125 mph to keep up with me. Good job!

8. You're not gonna check the trunk, are you?

9. Gee, Officer! That's terrific. The last officer only gave me a warning, too!

10. I was trying to keep up with traffic. I know there are no other cars around. That's how far ahead of me they are.

11. When the Officer says "Gee Son....Your eyes look red, have you been drinking?" You probably shouldn't respond with, "Gee Officer your eyes look glazed, have you been eating doughnuts?"

Welcoming Message

Speech to students sparks controversy

When kids all across the country return to school Tuesday, some will see a welcoming message from President Barack Obama and some won't.

Obama's planned address to students has touched off yet another confrontation with Republican critics, who have battered the White House over health care and now accuse the president of foisting a political agenda on children.

The president will speak directly to students Tuesday about the need to work hard and stay in school. His address will be shown live on the White House Web site and on C-SPAN at noon EDT, a time when classrooms across the country will be able to tune in.

Schools don't have to show it. But districts across the country have been inundated with phone calls from parents and are struggling to address the controversy that broke out after Education Secretary Arne Duncan sent a letter to principals urging schools to tune in.

Districts in states including Texas, Illinois, Minnesota, Missouri, Virginia and Wisconsin have decided not to show the speech to students. Others are still thinking it over or are letting parents have their kids opt out.

Some conservatives, driven by radio pundits and bloggers, are urging schools and parents to boycott the address. They say Obama is using the opportunity to promote a political agenda and is overstepping the boundaries of federal involvement in schools.

"As far as I am concerned, this is not civics education — it gives the appearance of creating a cult of personality," said Oklahoma Republican state Sen. Steve Russell. "This is something you'd expect to see in North Korea or in Saddam Hussein's Iraq."

Man's Finger Bitten Off in Scuffle at Health Care Rally

Moonbats gone wild, a senior healthcare protester got his finger bitten-off by a moveon.org organized liberal after being cornered by the liberal 'mob'

Blood found near the scene of the rally

Blood found near the scene of the rally (KTLA-TV)

THOUSAND OAKS -- A 65-year-old man had his finger bitten off Wednesday evening at a health care rally in Thousand Oaks, according to the Ventura County Sheriff's Department.

Sheriff's investigators were called to Hillcrest and Lynn Road at 7:26 p.m.

About 100 protesters sponsored by MoveOn.org were having a rally supporting health care reform. A group of anti-health care reform protesters formed across the street.

A witness from the scene says a man was walking through the anti-reform group to get to the pro-reform side when he got into an altercation with the 65-year-old, who opposes health care reform.

The 65-year-old was apparently aggressive and hit the other man, who then retaliated by biting off his attacker's pinky, according to Karoli from DrumsnWhistles, who attended the rally.

The man took his finger and walked to Los Robles hospital for treatment. Doctors reattached the finger, which was said to have been severed in half. He has since been released, according to a hospital spokesperson.

Neither man has been identified.

Ventura County Sheriff's Capt. Frank O'Hanlon says the man had Medicare.

Sheriff's officials are investigating the incident.

Volunteers Needed

Annual Beach Clean-Up

Chincoteague National Wildlife Refuge Manager Lou Hinds invites the public to join refuge staff and volunteers on Saturday, Sept. 19, for the Annual Beach Clean-up. Registration will begin at 9 a.m. in the Hebert H. Bateman Educational and Administrative Parking lot.

The annual beach clean-up is part of the International Coastal Cleanup sponsored by The Ocean Conservancy and Virginia Clean Waterways. Anyone can participate; it doesn’t take special skills or knowledge, just the desire to further the cause of clean oceans and waterways. Participants will remove trash from the beach, record what they find and identify the sources that caused the debris. The Ocean Conservancy will use this information to educate the public and to help change the behaviors that cause pollution.

Participants should bring water and sunscreen and wear comfortable footwear. Trash bags, gloves, and data sheets will be provided. Participants will receive a free T-shirt and the entrance fee to the refuge will be waived.

This One Is For Pepsi Drinkers

It sounds nearly impossible, but the Food and Drug Administration has confirmed that a can of Diet Pepsi consumed by a Florida man contained a frog or a toad.

The Orlando Sentinel writes that an FDA report found that Fred Denegri's soda can had a small animal in it.

Denegri cracked open the can on July 23, took a sip and noticed a funny taste. He and his wife, Amy, said they saw the remains of an animal that was too big to actually come out of the can.

A Pepsi spokesman told the Sentinel that the company stands by its manufacturing process.

"As we've stated all along, the speed of our production lines and the rigor of our quality control systems make it virtually impossible for this type of thing to happen in a production environment," said Pepsi spokesman Jeff Dahncke.

But Amy Denegri said there was no way the animal could have sneaked into the can without she or Fred looking. Fred had reportedly pulled the can out of the refrigerator, opened the can and immediately began drinking it when he noticed the animal.

"The report proves that something was in there. We didn't do it," Amy said. "Obviously, it was too big for us to push inside that small hole."

The Denegris have no plans to sue Pepsi, but they are consulting an attorney for legal advice.

In May a man said he found a snake head in his meal at a TGI Friday's in upstate New York.

"We're kind of programmed to recognize the shape of a face so I knew it was a face and then I looked at the back and that's when I realized it was like tendons and spinal tissue and other vessels that were hanging out the back of this thing," Jack Pendleton of Ballston Lake, NY, said.

TGI Friday's confirmed that an uncooked snake head was somehow added to Pendleton's plate of cooked broccoli.

Obama's Commie Green Czar: "White Polluters" Steered Poison Into Minority Communities (Video)

No wonder Hussein Obama liked him.
Barack Obama's communist Green Czar Van Jones told an audience last year that white polluters steered poison into minority communities:

Wake-up America, this is the avenue that the POTUS and the liberal left want us to take.
Please take the time to listen to this compilation of sound and video.

It sounds eerily like Barack himself, no?
After all, Obama said himself, ""That's just how white folks will do you."

A Little Piece Of Pocomoke History

I just thought I'd put this out for those interested in bits and pieces of old Pocomoke.

Now I don't really know if this is actually "Pocomoke history" but it is part of my history here. I have several Indian artifacts that I found as a young boy playing on the banks of the river, and I thought I had struck gold with all the stone tools and arrow heads I found when the town dug-out that trench near the Laurel st boat ramp, at that time the city maintenance building occupied that space and that was before River Rd was there.

What I'm posting is a sword that was found on a really, really low tide on the banks of the Pocomoke river, I was very young and my father found this sword in the mud, he brought it home and washed it off to find a well preserved piece of history.

I have tried to research this to find it's origin but about all I can find about this sword is that it a 1700's era Knights of Ohio officers sword (fraternal order of the knights of Columbus) and I'm not sure that is completely correct.

I sure wish this sword could talk, how did it find it's way to Pocomoke, and why was it in the muddy banks of the Pocomoke river.

Man Found Shot to Death

Accomack County Man Found Shot To Death
An Accomack County man was found shot to death Saturday in an incident that was initially reported as a traffic accident.

Special Agent Robert Wessells of the Virginia State Police said the incident was called into the 911 Center at about 11 a.m. August 29 by some citizens” he would not identify.

He said the body of Malcolm Palmer, 43, of New Church was found in a 2004 Nissan Altima. As soon as Trooper Bryan Lewis arrived at the scene at the 7000 block of Dream Road in the Wattsville area,he knew that the victim had not died “in a fatal accident," Wessells said.

Kathy Hox of the medical examiner’s office in Norfolk said an autopsy was done Monday. The cause of death was a “gunshot wound to the head,” she said.

Sgt Michele Cotten of the state police said the original report told of a single vehicle accident in which a driver ran off the road. She said it was “later determined that the victim was killed before being put in the vehicle.”

Wessells said Palmer worked odd jobs for Ray’s Shanty, a local restaurant. There have been no arrests in connection with the incident. The Accomack Sheriff’s department is assisting the state police in the investigation, the agent said.

WHY WOMEN SHOULDN'T TAKE MEN SHOPPING

After I retired, my wife insisted that I accompany her on her trips to Target.

Unfortunately, like most men, I found shopping boring and preferred to

get in and get out. Equally unfortunate, my wife is like most women - she loves to browse.

Yesterday my dear wife received the following letter from the local Target.

Dear Mrs. Jones,

Over the past six months, your husband has caused quite a commotion in our store.

We cannot tolerate this behavior and have been forced to ban both of you from the store. Our complaints against your husband, Mr. Jones, are listed below and are documented by our video surveillance cameras.

1. June 15: Took 24 boxes of condoms and randomly put them in other people's carts when they weren't looking.

2. July 2: Set all the alarm clocks in Housewares to go off at 5-minute intervals.

3. July 7: He made a trail of tomato juice on the floor leading to the women's restroom.

4. July 19: Walked up to an employee and told her in an official voice, 'Code 3 in Housewares. Get on it right away?. This caused the employee to leave her assigned

station and receive a reprimand from her Supervisor that in turn resulted with a union grievance, causing management to lose time and costing the company money.

5. August 4: Went to the Service Desk and tried to put a bag of M&Ms on layaway.

6. August 14: Moved a 'CAUTION - WET FLOOR' sign to a carpeted area.

7. August 15: Set up a tent in the camping department and told the children shoppers he'd invite them in if they would bring pillows and blankets from the bedding department to which twenty children obliged.

8. August 23: When a clerk asked if they could help him he began crying and screamed, 'Why can't you people just leave me alone?' EMTs were called.

9. September 4: Looked right into the security camera and used it as a mirror while he picked his nose.

10. September 10: While handling guns in the hunting department, he asked the clerk where the antidepressants were.

11. October 3: Darted around the store suspiciously while loudly humming the ' Mission

Impossible' theme.

12.. October 6: In the auto department, he practiced his ' Madonna look' by using different sizes of funnels.

13. October 18: Hid in a clothing rack and when people browsed through, yelled

'PICK ME! PICK ME!'

14. October 21: When an announcement came over the loud speaker, he assumed a fetal position and screamed 'OH NO! IT'S THOSE VOICES AGAIN!'

And last, but not least:

15. October 23: Went into a fitting room, shut the door, waited awhile, then yelled very loudly, 'Hey! There's no toilet paper in here.' One of the clerks passed out.

Fire hazard: Walmart recalls another 2.7 million overheating DVD players

Just over a week after Walmart recalled 1.5 million of its Durabrand DVD players because their circuit boards can overheat and start fires, the world's largest retailer is recalling another 2.7 million of the low-cost machines -- 4.2 million in all, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission said.

The Chinese-made DVD players were selling for $29 exclusively at Walmart stores nationwide. Consumers reported 14 incidents of the players overheating and seven fires blamed on the machines.

One reader told AOL that she came home to a strong burning smell and called the fire department. She said firefighters tracked the odor to her smoldering DVD player.

The CPSC told WalletPop that Walmart omitted purple and pink colored players from the initial recall.

UPDATE(9:35 a.m. 9/1): A Walmart spokeswoman told WalletPop the company is committed to making sure it can get as many of the DVD players out of circulation as it can. Kelly Cheeseman said stores have stopped selling the players and if one inadvertently was left behind the cash registers have been programmed to block the sale.

She said any consumer who has the player should bring it to the customer service desk at their local Walmart store to receive a full refund. It is not necessary to have a receipt, Cheeseman said.

Getting consumers to pay attention to recalls and then do what they are instructed to do has long been a challenge. Only a fraction of products in a recall typically are accounted for. It is even more difficult when the recall is issued in pieces.

"It is a positive when a company comes to us quickly to get an expanded announcement out to the public when they learn that not all units have been captured," CPSC spokesman Scott Wolfson told WalletPop. "But we know here at CPSC from decades of experience that the attention of consumers is such that they are most likely to respond the first time that a major recall announcement is made."

Wolfson urged consumers who purchased the DVD players since they were first sold in 2006 to return them. Walmart stopped selling the players in July.

"The recall has tripled in size. This is not a recall without any incidents," he said. "This is a recall to be taken seriously."

The CPSC also is concerned about products that have been on the market as long as these have being resold.

"We remind those who are hosting yard sales; we remind those who are hosting online auction sites to not put this product up for resale," Wolfson said. "It needs to be returned to Walmart for a full refund."

Consumers with questions about the recall are asked to contact Walmart weekdays between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m. Eastern Time at (800) 925-6278.

UPDATE

It has been brought to my attention that the

area downtown I wrote about this morning has been mowed! The washer still sits there though and has been there since at least Saturday a.m.

And the flag has been placed back on its pole to fly again. This I knew would occur as soon as the town crew got the chance.

However...........................

This missing board needs to be replaced as does the whole entire wooden walkway! This is an accident just waiting to happen and could possibly end in a law suit. A previous owner of this property would have been hounded to death until it was repaired! And now?

Also.....................

This sidewalk crack has been there for a very long time. It is also a huge hazzard for downtown pedestrians. Not very good thinking at all if you want people to stroll about downtown.

Nancy Pelosi Bans Patriotic Music

Chairman Zero isn't much moved by our National Anthem:

obama-national-anthem.jpg

His close friend and mentor doesn't like our flag:

Bill Ayers

So no one should be surprised that Nasty Pelousy has put the kibosh on patriotic music. From The New Ledger:

If you've ever been stuck on hold with a congressional office in the past, at least you've been able to enjoy some good patriotic music, as opposed to the lilting tones of generic smooth jazz that have been driving elevator users insane for decades. For years, congressional offices have played patriotic anthems as the background music during hold times.
Not any more. After we were startled by the hold music when we called a House office recently, sources on Capitol Hill informed us this week that the Democratic House leadership has made a sweeping decision that congressional offices now have the options of "smooth jazz" elevator music or no music at all.

But The Star-Spangled Banner can still be sung at baseball games — at least until MLB gets "bailed out."

Pelousy et al. must have thought patriotic music helped stoke the rage of constituents who call in because they cannot tolerate what these leftist traitors are doing to our country. Better the peasants should be lulled into a nauseous somnolence. Obama's Science Czar John Holdren, who has advocated putting sterilants in our drinking water, is probably working on a way to accomplish this pharmaceutically.

Can You Fix This?

Traveling through downtown Pocomoke Sunday I couldn't help but notice this. Maybe most Pocomoke citizens don't pay any attention to this sort of thing. I don't know. It just seems that since this is right at the corner of your tourist attraction sites and right across from the newly renovated theatre you might try to avoid this type of thing.

Oh, I can remember a time when city hall would be on the owner of this building like white on rice for the simplest of things. What about now? It is a sight. A board is missing in this walkway. Adults probably wouldn't want to walk there but I would imagine a small child could get its foot caught in that hole. The weed growing there has been there all summer long.
The washer, I assume, is on city property but certainly is an eyesore for the citizens of Pocomoke and the tourists as well. My husband saw it sitting there Saturday morning and on Sunday afternoon it still sits. Why not put the discarded washer in the back of the buildings?
If this is part of Mr. Davis' job, he's slacking. And by the way, your flag is missing. I am assuming that it was taken down in anticipation of the storm the area was supposed to have over the weekend. I commend you on that. Today is Tuesday and I am hoping that it has been returned. It's the brightest spot of Pocomoke.

Candlelight Dinners Declared to Be a Health Hazard

There isn't much our liberal rulers wouldn't take away from us in the name of our safety. Not even candlelight dinners are safe.

The American Chemical Society has announced that "emission products of petroleum-based candles in nonventilated enclosed areas" are potential health hazards. Proclaims Ruhullah Massoudi, a chemistry professor at South Carolina State University:

[L]ighting many paraffin candles every day for years or lighting them frequently in an un-ventilated bathroom around a tub, for example, may cause problems.

When the experts speak, the legislators are never far behind.

Christine Sheddy, where was the law enforcement?

What is going on in our justice system?

Let’s discuss the missing Christine Sheddy case missing since Nov. 13 2007 almost 2 years now. At the beginning the LE’s thought that Christine may have just wondered off of the Farm @ 2911 Byrd Rd. or that she simply [ran away from it all] leaving her 2 young children behind with a group of deranged drunks and druggies.

I understand that the policy of LE that a person must be missing for 24 hours before they are declared “a missing person” but to think a mother of 3 that had 2 of her youngest with her (I think they were 2 and 4 at the time) would just “run away” and that the LE didn’t really start an official “missing persons” search until what I understand was 2 weeks after she went missing is just disheartening.

There was hardly any press, the residents of the farm packed-up and high-tailed, - their neighbors lived in such fear they had to hire 24/7 personal security and install surveillance equipment after being burglarized, and vandalized by their dearest neighbors with a wrap sheet as long as their lane at that now infamous ‘farm house’.

Why wasn’t the LE allover these people? Why did our local LE not take this serious until 2 weeks later? Why did our local LE not ask for the help of the FBI? Why did our local LE refuse the aid of our now VP Joe Biden? The list of these why did our local LE not, is endless.

I know for a fact that some of the best officers of the Wor. County Sheriffs office were put on this case but were tied to only what their superiors would allow them to do or how in-depth and how much time they allotted to do it.

Christine’s mom has not given-up though; the people of Pocomoke have not given-up, people from other states have gotten involved thanks to the PocomokeTattler and other blogs.

Fast forward; Someone found an organization that helps find missing persons www.BlinkOnCrime.com that took-on Christine’s case a week or so into August, now only a couple weeks into this case more has been done to find Christine and bring those to justice that had a hand in her disappearance.

The BlinkOnCrime team has no local knowledge; they don’t have the resources of the WCBI but have uncovered more in a couple weeks than our local authorities, why?

I have so many questions with no answers but most importantly, where does this leave us if find ourselves or a loved-one in this same situation?

I just don’t get it. Some of the things I have heard, seen posted, and read that the Mayor and some of the LEO’s have said about Christine is very disturbing to say the least, and extremely unprofessional, not to mention heartless.

Hopefully now that things are coming out and as the story breaks our LE is working with the BlinkOnCrime team.

Now don’t get me wrong, I’m not knocking our LE, just a few members of them that can and does control what their officers do. This should not have been taken so lightly from the start, and that is what I think it’s all about. I really think that our LE knew they dropped the ball from the get-go so as to not look bad they just thought this would go away.

It’s not like our LE departments are swamped with missing persons or murder and frankly there’s absolutely no excuse for the lack of investigation in this case and someone or more than one should be held accountable in the end.

A Memorial KEEP THIS HUMMER MOVING ....

What a difference in attitude to that other mother who lost her son.

CAMP PENDLETON, Calif . .

( March 2, 2006)

Karla Comfort received a lot of looks and evensome salutes from people when she drove from Benton, Ark.., to Camp Pendleton, Calif., in her newly-painted, custom Hummer H3 March 2. The vehicle is adorned with the likeness of her son, 20-year-old Lance Cpl. John M. Holmason, and nine other Marines with F Company, 2nd Battalion, 7 th Marine Regiment, 1st Marine Division who where all killed by the same improvised explosive device blast in Fallujah, Iraq, in December.

For Karla Comfort, having the vehicle air brushed with the image of the 10 Marines was a way to pay homage to her hero and his fellow comrades who fell on Iraq's urban battlefield

'I wanted to let people know (Marines) are doing their jobs honorably, and some of them die,' said the 39-year-old from Portland, OR 'I don't want people to forget the sacrifices that my son and the other Marines made.'

Leading up to her son's death, Karla Comfort had received several letters from him prior to his return. He had been deployed for five months, and Comfort 'worried everyday he was gone until she got the letters and found out the date he was coming home,' she said.

Marines knocked on the front door of her home in Farmington , Mich. , at 3 am with the dreadful news.

'I let my guard down when I found out he was coming home,' she said. 'There are times that I still cannot believe it happened. It's very hard to deal with..'

Karla Comfort came up with the idea for the rolling memorial when she and her two other sons attended John's funeral in Portland, Ore.

'I saw a Vietnam (War) memorial on a car, and I said to my son Josh, 'we should do something like that for John,' she recalled. 'He loved Hummers.'

She purchased the vehicle in January and immediately took it to AirbrushGuy & Co. in Benton , Ark. , where artist Robert Powell went to work on changing the plain, black vehicle into a decorative, mobile, art piece.

'I only had the vehicle for two days before we took it in,' she joked.

Two hundred and fifty man-hours later, Powell had completed the vehicle. The custom job would have cost $25,000 Out of respect for Karla Comfort's loss and the sacrifices the Marines made, Airbrush Guy & Co. did it for free. Comfort only had to purchase the paint, which cost $3,000.

'I love it,' she said. 'I'm really impressed with it, and I think John would be happy with the vehicle He would have a big smile on his face because he loved Hummers.'

Karla Comfort gave Powell basic instructions on what to include in the paint job. But in addition to the image of her son in Dress Blues and the faces of the nine other Marines, there were several surprises. 'He put a lot more on than I expected,' she said 'I think my favorite part is the heaven scene.'

On the left side of the vehicle, a detail of Marines are depicted carrying their fallen comrades through the clouds to their final resting place. The American flag drapes across the hood, the words, 'Semper Fi' crown the front windshield and the spare tire cover carries the same Eagle Globe and Anchor design that her son had tattooed on his back..

'All the support I have been getting is wonderful,' she said.

Karla Comfort decided to move back to her hometown of Portland, and making the cross-country trip from Arkansas was a way for her to share her son's story. It's also her way of coping with the loss.

'Along the way I got nothing but positive feedback from people,' she said. 'What got to me was when people would salute the guys (Marines). It's hard to look at his picture.

I still cry and try to get used to the idea, but it's hard to grasp the idea that he's really gone.'

Let's get this Hummer going around the world,
We won't forget! pass it on.

Christine put him on the phone with Q as he kept following her around talking in the background. Q describes the voice on the other end of the phone as a red kneck. Definately not JR or Dominick. Justin and Q chat for a few seconds with the regular niceties.

Justin To this day, “Q” is not sure if she put him on the phone thinking it would get him out of her personal space, to make Q think he was “cool” , or to identify him to Q without the privacy to be able to reveal whatever was wrong. It haunts him.

At 11am the morning of the 13th Q calls for Christine. JR answers and says he is “out”, does not have many cell minutes left and will tell Christine to call him when he gets back to the house. Lie No.1 out of infinity.

The following are the still shots taken by the mounted, motion- activated camera on the neighbors home, installed following JR stealing a laptop and cell phone and JR and Justin slashing the neighbors tires in October.

The first person to leave the residence at 12:58PM on November 13:

11-131258PM

Unsub self-professed hunter/correction officer. This truck had been seen on previous occasions from this footage. This man is stopped because the neighbor asked him who he was. He said he was a corrections officer, and simply looking for a place to hunt. The neighbor asked him why he would not take the two on the roof with him. Jr and Dominic. They were fixing the hole in the roof from the fire the evening of the 9th.

Banned by ABC and NBC

You won't see this ad on ABC and NBC. They refused to run it, because it does not advance Obamunism:

MSNBC: The Moonbat Vatican

One reason liberals will need government coercion to compete with conservatives on the radio is liberal talk show host Stephanie Miller. Here she is expressing her devotion to MSNBC, the cesspool of Obamunist propagandists financed by Comrade Obama's crony capitalist allies at GE:

If you're trying to be disgusting, it isn't easy to top comparing MSNBC to the Vatican. But Miller manages by expressing her longing to lick the creepy human/cockroach hybrid Keith Olbermann's chair "again."

What's the difference between grassroots protests and paid astroturfing? Steven Crowder Goes Undercover

What's the difference between grassroots protests and paid astroturfing? PJTV's Steven Crowder goes undercover to learn directly from the moonbat activists who drive public policy:
Ahh the liberal moonbats "grassroots" what a farce

Uniformed Thug: This Ain't America No More

Here's a preview of life under Obama's planned massive civilian defense corps. Officer Wesley Cheeks Jr. of the Fairfax County Public Schools–trained School Security Officer team is not a fan of the wildly popular Obama as socialist joker poster, so he tells a patriot outside Dem Rep Jim Moran's town hall in Reston, Virginia last Tuesday that he has to put down his sign or be charged with trespassing on public school property.

How would this be trespassing, when hundreds of others were there protesting, both for and against government seizure of the healthcare industry? The officer explains:

If I told you once to take it down and you put it back up, then I can charge you with whatever I want to charge you with.

This sums up Hopey Change succinctly:

Patriot: This used to be America.
Officer Cheeks: It ain't no more, OK?
Maybe it isn't America anymore. But it will be again once we take back our country from Big Government and the thugs who support it.

Clunkers Crashed

CRASH FOR CLUNKERS IN WISCONSIN
TURTLE LAKE, Wis. — The spectacle that drew hundreds to a gravel pit down a dirt road might make most city boys blush.

But in Turtle Lake, Wisconsin, you'll find no red faces. Just proud rednecks.

"It's a little redneck, but we love it, we accept it, we admit and we enjoy it," said Brett Moravitz, a self-proclaimed redneck.

The event resembled a demolition derby or NASCAR race. But honestly, those events would feel like the opera compared with what's really happened.

"This is pretty much a redneck car launch," said Mark Hubbard. "Don't get no better."

On a beautiful Saturday afternoon last weekend, more than 300 people gathered at Moravitz Excavating to watch old cars race down a runway, launch into the air and crash into a gravel pit. It's the brainchild of Bob Moravitz.

"You don't get to do this kind-of stuff very often," he said. "I mean, destruction of a car that really isn't worth nothing anyway. So let's just wreck it."

Instead of "Cash for Clunkers," you could call it "Crash for Clunkers." While it may not stimulate the economy, it sure stimulated his friends and neighbors.

"It's great family entertainment," said Lisa Halverson. "Cheap family entertainment."

Moravitz didn't charge for admission, but he did collect donations, which covered the $1300 he put down for insurance.

The idea was inspired last year by boredom and a strong desire to drive something off of a cliff. So Bob's son Rick and his buddy Jake figured out a way to turn big cars into remote-controlled toys.

Using a remote and several devices that were installed in each car, they were able to control the throttle and steering. But they can't make the cars stop, so they dug trenches along the runway to stop the cars, in case they veered off course.

After releasing the brake, Rick and Jake followed close behind on a four-wheeler, controlling the speed and direction all the way up to takeoff.

They didn't just launch cars. They also sent a camper that was hauling a boat and a pickup that was pulling a round baler. But the biggest attraction had to be the two airborne school buses, which brought spectators to their feet.

"My class reunion is today and I'm skipping it to come here," Kate Davison said.

After eight hours, the car launch finally comes to a close, prompting organizers to take a redneck bow — they mooned the audience. How else would you end a redneck car launch?

Bill would give president emergency control of Internet

First Amendment rights? Yeah right!! Not according to Hussein Obama!

Internet companies and civil liberties groups were alarmed this spring when a U.S. Senate bill proposed handing the White House the power to disconnect private-sector computers from the Internet.

They're not much happier about a revised version that aides to Sen. Jay Rockefeller, a West Virginia Democrat, have spent months drafting behind closed doors. CNET News has obtained a copy of the 55-page draft of S.773 (excerpt), which still appears to permit the president to seize temporary control of private-sector networks during a so-called cybersecurity emergency.

The new version would allow the president to "declare a cybersecurity emergency" relating to "non-governmental" computer networks and do what's necessary to respond to the threat. Other sections of the proposal include a federal certification program for "cybersecurity professionals," and a requirement that certain computer systems and networks in the private sector be managed by people who have been awarded that license.

"I think the redraft, while improved, remains troubling due to its vagueness," said Larry Clinton, president of the Internet Security Alliance, which counts representatives of Verizon, Verisign, Nortel, and Carnegie Mellon University on its board. "It is unclear what authority Sen. Rockefeller thinks is necessary over the private sector. Unless this is clarified, we cannot properly analyze, let alone support the bill."

Dem Rep & Communist: "Opponents Want to Destroy President Who Looks Like Me... Fidel Castro Was One of Brightest Leaders I Have Ever Met"

LA Representative and Communist Diane Watson (D-CA) racebaits and praises Fidel Castro and the Cuban health care system at an Obamacare debate.

The people of California must be very proud to have such an esteemed Marxist representing them in Congress.
KABC reported:

Breitbart
"They are spreading fear and they're trying to see that the first president who looks like me -- fails."

What an absolute disgrace.

Law enforcement loses video evidence

Video evidence of drug dealers caught in the act, obtained during a months-long undercover crackdown on Berlin's open-air drug dealing, has been lost by law enforcement.

Worcester County State's Attorney Joel Todd said members of the county's Narcotics Task Force lost or recorded over video evidence from two drug deals. The footage, shot from inside an undercover police car, would have clearly identified two suspects in the sting.

"Those tapes, they don't exist anymore," Todd said at a community meeting for his Take Pride in Berlin program, an initiative to rid the community of drug dealing. "There was an error committed, and that's affecting the prosecution of those two people."

He called it "a police issue."

Eleven suspects were videotaped selling drugs to undercover Maryland State Police troopers or Ocean City police officers between February and May. Two of those men did not have criminal records and, after being confronted by a room full of disapproving people, were not prosecuted after a promise that they'd clean up their act.

The remaining nine suspects all had prior criminal records of drug dealing. Todd said seven of them have since been tracked down and arrested based on the video evidence against them, leaving the two men from the missing tapes outstanding. Nobody answered the phone to comment at the Snow Hill offices of the Worcester County Narcotics Task Force on Thursday.

Modeled after a successful 2004 program in High Point, N.C., the Berlin program tackled the drug-dealing hot spot of Bay Street at Flower Street. Todd said he'll continue running the program, which is funded by seized drug money, in Pocomoke City and Snow Hill.

Berlin Mayor Gee Williams said the residents of east Berlin have lived with drug dealing for many years, and many have told him that they're ready to stand up against it.

"If you're planting in the fall and winter, you're not going to get crops," he said. "For the kinds of issues we've got, it's finally spring. We have to move now."

Todd said they've already seen results from the crackdown in east Berlin as more dogs are out being walked and more moms take their babies out in strollers.

"I believe we've already turned a corner in wiping out the drug market," he said. "The test isn't if we wiped it out now, but next year and the year after that. I like to think it's a sign of things to come ... that you can't buy drugs in Berlin anymore."

At the meeting, 66-year-old Berlin resident William Nick credited the effort.

"The drug dealing is down 90 percent," he told Todd. "We've definitely made progress."

Start Your Christmas List Early

Bob Dylan's Christmas album to benefit charity

LOS ANGELES – Rock icon Bob Dylan will sing the old yuletide standards "Winter Wonderland" and "Little Drummer Boy" on his first ever Christmas album, with royalties going to charity, his record label said on Wednesday.

Dylan's "Christmas in the Heart" album is due out on October 13, nearly six months after the release of his last studio album, "Together Through Life," which topped the charts.

Speculation about the Christmas album began surfacing a few months ago, but were initially met with disbelief by some Dylan aficionados, as the singer was not known to record Christmas songs, and his latest albums have featured original material.

Dylan will donate all his U.S. royalties from album sales to the charity group Feeding America, and in a statement he said he hopes it brings "food security to people in need."

Feeding America said it expects to provide meals to 1.4 million people this holiday season with the album proceeds.

Columbia said Dylan plans to donate his international royalties to two charity organizations that give meals to needy people in Britain and the developing world. But details on that partnership are still being worked out.

"Christmas in the Heart" is Dylan's 47th album, and it will include songs like "Here Comes Santa Claus," "Winter Wonderland," "Little Drummer Boy" and "Must Be Santa," said his longtime label, Columbia Records.

Dylan, 68, recently finished a concert tour of minor league ballparks. The singer behind the songs "Like a Rolling Stone" and "Knockin' on Heaven's Door," received a Pulitzer Prize last year for his influence on music and culture.

New Health Care Proposals

AMA

The American Medical Association has weighed in on the new Obama health care proposals..

The Allergists voted to scratch it, but the Dermatologists advised not to make any rash moves. The Gastroenterologists had sort of a gut feeling about it, but the Neurologists thought the Administration had a lot of nerve.

The Obstetricians felt they were all laboring under a misconception. Ophthalmologists considered the idea shortsighted. Pathologists yelled, "Over my dead body!" while the Pediatricians said, "Oh, Grow up!"

The Psychiatrists thought the whole idea was madness, while the Radiologists could see right through it. Surgeons decided to wash their hands of the whole thing. The Internists thought it was a bitter pill to swallow, and the Plastic Surgeons said, "This puts a whole new face on the matter...."

The Podiatrists thought it was a step forward, but the Urologists were pissed off at the whole idea. The Anesthesiologists thought the whole idea was a gas, and the Cardiologists didn't have the heart to say no.

In the end, the Proctologists won out, leaving the entire decision up to the assholes in Washington.

WTH: For Today, Homeless Man Bursts into Flames!!!

A homeless man caught fire after U.S. police shocked him with a Taser gun, it has been revealed.

Daniel Wood, 31, was allegedly sniffing gas from an aerosol can as he ran through traffic when he was chased by two officers in Lancaster, Ohio. One officer caught Wood and got him on the ground, where Wood continued to resist, according to the police report.article-1208987-062DF5A1000005DC-512_233x317

Another officer shouted a warning, then zapped Wood with the Taser, the report said. Wood immediately burst into flames that covered his torso. The officers were forced to drop their weapons and beat out the flames. Wood said: ‘My complete right half of my upper body is burned. ‘I have bandages from my wrist all the way up my arm and across my chest.’

He admitted he had been inhaling vapours from a chemical cleaner in an attempt to get ‘high’. Wood had been resisting arrest by attempting to bite the officers and lashing out with his feet.

Hey…this is NOT funny. I mean really, it’s NOT.

Organizing for America Recruits Snitches Castro-Style

I know we are headed in this direction faster than a frozen turd down a snot covered slide. I just wish the left would wake-up and open their eyes.. The libs that have the slightest bit of sense are coming around slowly and the center/moderates are voicing their disgust and the polls show it.

This transaction below will be part of our everyday lives in a year if these fruit-loops in the white house continue achieving their warped agenda.

A Moonbattery reader has become pen pals with Jeremy Bird, the skeevy Obamunist apparatchik who was profiled Monday for his astroturfing activities.

Not content to report her own thought crimes at Comrade Obama's snitch site, Heather M went undercover and volunteered to become an online brownshirt in the cause of healthcare nazification. Soon she received the following email from the DNC's Organizing for America:

Unfortunately, Obama et al. get no points for creativity. Recruiting snitches to report on what their neighbors say in private conversations is a favorite technique of the communist regime repressing Cuba.
